Re: COMPONET MOVE DATA
I did some reading for ya, and one thing keeps coming up, make sure your video drivers are the most recent and designed for Vista.
Try right clicking on the shortcut to NR03 and select properties then run in XP compatibilty mode. Do each of these in order one at a time so you can see if one works.

Lastly try this...DEP is a security function of vista

Try disabling DEP this way

1/ Click the Start Button

2/ On the Start menu Click All Programs

3/ On the All programs menu Click Accessories

4/ From the Accessories menu Right Click on the Command Prompt and, from the drop down menu, Select 'Run as administrator'

5/ If the User Account Control feature pops up you will need to either press the Continue button or else provide UAC with the details it requires

6/ When the Command Prompt window opens type:
bcdedit.exe/set {current} nx AlwaysOff
Enter

7/ If all has gone well you should see a message saying that 'The operation completed Successfully.'

8/ Close down the Command prompt window and Restart your PC for the changes to take effect

Re: COMPONET MOVE DATA
Randy,

I have the same problem. I picked up a version yesterday, and I get the same thing. It installs on one of my laptops but not my desktop or another laptop. Let me know if you find another fix.

It's 80% installed and I get this error message.

"An error occurred during the move data process: -2147024873

When I hit "Ok", I get this message box:
Media Name: DATA
Component: Tracks
File Group: Tracks
File: E:\data2.cab
Error Number: -2147024873

I am going to tool around with your suggestions, however my desktop is a dell running xp.
